The lawyers have to step in to clean up this terrible mess.
“While we may have originally taken our name from the law enforcement agency, since 1971 the Texas Rangers Baseball Club has forged its own, independent identity,” the team said in a statement Friday.
I’m a huge Texas Rangers fan, but is it enough to say that you have an “independent identity” when you’re named after a group that’s done a lot wrong through the years?
Why not change them all? Redskins, Rangers, Indians, let’s get this right.
In this COVID-19 era, I’m acutely feeling this. My family is so close right now. Hugs from my 16 year old are common, time together is wonderful, and walks as a family in my neighborhood are a new norm. The distance I feel from my friends is the tough other side of that coin.
My first espresso since early March. The daily home French Press has been fine, but this macchiato is 😍. Thankful for Hoboken Coffee.
Quarantine Realizations: Ryan Gosling is either really great, chooses really great roles, or a combination of both. I’d previously never seen any Gosling films.
FREEDOM FEST! The number one thing on my mind has been how to get my kids into some inflatables as soon as possible. 😳
Insert pew joke.
Can’t wait to get back to traveling, camping, exploring. This photo is from a pre-virus trip to Santa Fe. I’m sure we’ll be back soon.
Easier said than done.

Quirky, fun, a twist I wasn’t expecting. Not a waste of time.

A fantastic show that had us locked in from the jump. Not a bummer hour in the ten episode story arc. Intense enough for adults, but clean enough to watch with the family. Kinda like Stranger Things without any supernatural happenings.
It’s my wife’s birthday today. While we’re locked down I thought it’d be fun to show pictures of our travels around the world, our family, and our friends. We’ve had a really good run and here’s to many more adventures someday.
